I need two replacement sash balances it says Anderson Corp, Bayport Minn and then 11600-17 on the flat body. There are faint numbers and spaces on the tab (with a staple) at one end but they differ between the two identical units I pulled out of identical windows. perhaps these are lot numbers? ... (cont.)

I just tried opening two Anderson windows that have not been open in quite a while. They both have problems with the cord to the bottom sash. One sash has both cords bowing out and thus the window will not hold open. The other has only one cord not operating properly. Is the cause of this a problem ... (cont.)
