The double hung window was installed in 1974. The only numbers on the counterbalance are: C15. 6. 23 K7 Looking fir the replacement.

Left and right units. Both have the number 11600-2 on them. One of them also has the number C586 #23 4-81, the other has the number C586 #23 5-81. What are current replacement part numbers and prices? Thanks.

Need info on the balance. I disassembled the frame. None of the numbers on my balance match anything on your website. I don't have the original screen. Window is from approximately 1986

There are two numbers: BC5 6*31 2-87 The "*" is one of the three: 7 - 4 or # Other numbers is very clearly 11600-17 What part number should I order? I have 4 windows with the same issue, the window opens but will not stay open , 2 of them the lines have been cut the other 2 the line has been removed , so I'm trying to find out what style window they are so I can order the parts. The Sash Balance says C21 6/23 8 856 and 11600-17 On the back of the balance it says 11600-3
