Trying to replace the left and right Window Sash Spring Balancer in a double hung wooden Andersen window.

The part number on this is 11600-17 and on the bottom it says BC5 6431 2-87This matches nothing - what would be able to work for this?? Thank you! I also need a new window crank. I need a right and left Anderson balance....the only identity marks are C 6 23 373. The holes toward the center of the balance is where screws hold the balance in place.
