The Anderson window balancer has several numbers stamped on it. C24 6#31 11-85. And above it a smaller stamp11600-17. Which is the correct part number for the new balances. I want to order 2. Do you need a picture or demensions of the old operator. Thank you. Charles A

We have several Andersen Windows in our house with broken sash cords and in one case just a broken cord plug. Otherwise most of the balances seem to be fine.

I am trying to identify the correct replacement part for my window. The part number starts BC4 6-23(?) with a date of 1-87. This is a double hung window. The panes are 28 1/2"W x 16"H. It looks like this might be the 637 replacement.

stamped number C58 6#31 3 18 also 11600-2 window about 35yrs old

C24-6#31 11-85 and 11600-17 are the only markings on the balancer

I have Anderson Windows that are about 25 years old also and need to replace the sash balancers. The only part number that I see stamped on the originals is 11600-17.
