23-115 Spring Loaded Top Pivot

Hi I am attaching pics of my bi-fold door guides and would appreciate if you can let me know which of your products will serve as replacement. The problem is that the closet doors have fallen out. So do I need to replace the bottom & top guides or just the top ones. I have four closets. Thanks ... (cont.)

We were hit by Superstorm Sandy's tidal surge with a foot of water throughout our house. In the frenzy of the tearout, workers removed our mirrored bi-fold closet doors in our bedroom and though the doors were set aside and saved,the bottom pivots and tracks were discarded. I need the 23-115 with a 5/8" roller on top but can't find it in any stores. Can you put a 5/8" top on this or let me know where I can get it? Thanks, Paul
