Keyed patio lock with double Latch

Lock mechanism broke? Latch is loose and just slides down freely. It engages the mortise locks but then just slides back down.

The lock is now stuck in a shut position and I can no longer operate that lock - likely I have to bore it open to remove the internals, open the door and replace the lock. Hi. yours was the only company that came up when I tried to search for this model number. This 6' sliding door is about 20 years old and the hardware doesn't lock. I'd like to get new hardware. Thanks, Michael

Have a patio door handle that actuates to open the door. There is a faceplate on the inside of the door with a wheel with gears on it that are mostly missing so no longer functional. Do not see anything similar on your site.

we lost the key

Length is 7 1/2 inch. It's 1/2 inch wide. The patio door is the milgard Trinsic series.

We would like to convert this handle to a keyed entry, it's 4 3/4" from center to center on the screws for the handle

Question: Until 89-036 is restocked, On the slider that is broken, it's a like a 2-way slider, the slider with the attachment that's broken is on the right hand side and you push it and it goes to the left, the slider on the left, those locks are in tact, and pushes to the right.
