82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock

Hello, I am looking for this replacement part. It would be the female part that goes along the door jam of my sliding glass door. When locked, the locks would engage with the two openings seen in the picture.

This is a Legance patio door handle from Thermal Industries. It is a 3 15/16. Company is closed and I cant find. Mounting screws are on side of handle as well.

The latch plate for this door has gone missing (installed in a rental house). I need replacement latch-plate (and gasket?). I hope that it's possible to get only the plate that is missing from the door frame, but if needed I've added details in case entire mortise lock and plate are the only option ... (cont.)

I ordered a centered keyed handle set, 82-030A, and the original lock assembly on the door does not match. The distance between the two screws on my lock is 7 5/16", and the measurement between those two screws is just shy of 4". I didn't know that the components inside the door, and the frame had t ... The description says mortise lock and striker sold separately. Does that mean this handle set does NOT include the lock and striker? If not, what styles/part numbers of lock and striker will fit this handleset? Thanks
