I have been having issues trying find a match for this handle and latch to replace the one that broke on our sliding glass door. I need to have it replaced so I can re-install. I have a polybau sliding door. There are no mfg markings on the mortise lock. Do you sell a replacement that will fit?

I was hoping these parts would work but they are not. The double hook mortise lock looks just like the one I am replacing that is defective, but the release tab is not hitting the striker plate properly to allow the lock lever to move, so I can't lock the door. I would like to add a keyed lock to my slider. I'm not sure what it would take to do it and what parts are needed. Also, info on how to take old handle off to make the change. The door is a SGD C30 96x96 and looks like it was made in 2002. Thanks for your help
