This is the piece on top of the bottom window that keeps the window in place - otherwise it just falls out. I do not see a brand name for the window anywhere inside or out. Hi - Do you have this tilt window replacement part for our metal windows? It is white plastic, 2-1/4" x 5/8". Photo is attached. The house was built in 1997. Thanks for your help! Ann

I believe the part that I am looking for is called a balancer but I am not sure. These windows are vertical sliders and each window has a left and a right. They are spring loaded. 2 3/16" long and 11/16" wide. Can you help me?

I HAVE A RIGHT BROKEN LATCH THAT I BELIEVE IS A SERIES 544/585 DH-R30 WINDOW. IT IS 2 INCHES LONG BY 3/4 INCH WIDE.

I have Better Bilt double pane windows and need replacement latches. There are two that look probable - 26-351 and 26-15B I have attached 6 pictures with measurements and hope you can help, as I need to order 15 sets to make repairs and have future repair parts. Jack

Trying to replace missing/damaged tilt latch for my windows. Have included pics of Lh off the window and Rh on the window. i saw 26-157 and 26-158 length is 2 1/8" but mine is 2 5/16" do you have any one that will meet myn measurements or any suggestions what to do or where to find the ones I need

Is the part #26-351 the same as the alternate pictured with the straight leg down at 90 degrees?

is item #26-351 interchangeable with item #s 26-157 and 26-158?
