Ive been looking for this tilt window latch everywhere. I have to replace one please help.

Have a cottage full of these and they are starting to break, only about 25+ years old

I have a customer I need to replace a few of their latches and spiral balances. What throws me off is the balance is Yelow but from the color tip to the screw hole it's 25 1/2". Do go with a shorter replacement at 25" or go with a longer one at 26"? Also the clips are 2 3/8" long and 3/4" wide at th ... (cont.)

I cannot find any identifying name or numbers on these parts but need both replacements. Can you help?

Hi team, I'm helping my MIL replace about 30-40 of these tilt latches, circa 1994. Central lock is a Gapco-branded metal, but sashes are plastic. Dimensions are roughly 7/8" deep by 2"+ long. Hi folks, just bought a 30 year old house with Better-Bilt tip-out windows, and many of these latches are brittle and/or have broken. Looking for replacement parts, can remove one and get measurements and more photos next week.
