26-351 Better-Bilt Window Latch, Pair

I recently purchased two pairs of Better-bilt window latches; item number 26-351. I do not know the series of Better-bilt windows. The windows are 3050 single hung windows. I want to buy two pairs of spiral balances for the same windows. The tubes are 30" long. The diameter of the tubes is tubes is ... (cont.)

These two window parts need to be replaced. One is a type of channel balance, and the other a latch lock. I'm looking to find replacement parts.

I need to replace this part I believe the tilt latch but not sure which one would be the correct one to purchase would you be able to assist me with verifying which one to purchase? Thank you for your assistance.

We have a broken latch to a storm window - the tip snapped off. It appears to be of like kind to your #26-351. The window has no discernible markings. With the measurements of the centers of the screws as marked, does that match up? Thanks.

Looking for metal or plastic replacement part. These are on Better Bilt windows. They look like original locks. No numbers or markings that I can see.
