I have two styles of Better-bilt window. Both have a lower sash to raise and the window tilts. One is aluminum the other a plastic. I need side latches for both. The aluminum window latch is approx 2.5 inches long with a screw at each end, a slide lever in the center and a night latch which is a met ... (cont.)

I don't know the brand of window and don't see any part number or marking on the broken latch. It should have a pointed part that retains the window in its track but that has broke off. The spring compresses and extends when the finger trigger is pushed in and out, this moving the pointed part in a ... (cont.)
