i need help finding this window safety lock

Pivot Coil and a metal piece that goes under the panel and in to the pivot

I am looking for this sash vent latch in brown/earth color. It appears you have it in white and beige. Is this available in brown? Thank you

I do not know if they are even pins. I just know the house I moved into has one window that if I unlock, the upper window falls immediately. It is the only window in the house that does not have these on both sides of the top window. I was told they're called weights, but have not been able to find ... (cont.)

This is a push-button style stopper on a Simonton vinyl window. You push the tab to pop-out the tab which prevents the window from opening more than a small amount if it's unlocked. Hoping to find a replacement.

Approx length 2 3/8". Several are broken. Need replacements for night latches.

Single Hung Window Latches, handles broken off by evicted tenant, no names or numbers visible windows.

Simonton double hung windows (unknown age). A couple of the security latch tabs have broken off. I don't have one pulled out, but the outside height is 2 3/8" and the width is 3/8".
