Just purchased condo, previous owner installed new handles but all operators are failing, cracking and no longer working. I need 5 left and 5 right?.any ideas?

Windows from 2010 new construction in Monestary Woods subdivision in Cedar Lake, Indiana 46303. Believe windows came from Schillings in St. John, IN. Front bedroom crankout window.

Hi, I am trying to find replacement parts for my mother's Weathershield casement window. The left side of the window does not open, it feels like the mechanism is slipping when you turn the crank. The original hardware was installed into the frame of the window not onto any sill. I'm looking for a price is availability and also the sash track that would be needed, please.

The only markings I see, are GU, and the letter A. I have more pictures, if necessary

We have a weather shield casement bay window. The two smaller outside windows have weather shield crank handles which are non-folding.
