90-252 Latch Mechanism

I am looking for the stationary part of this two piece sliding window latch in IMG 0850. It is about 3.5" long with mounting screw holes at 3" apart. Piece is about .75" wide. The other two images (08501 and 0854) are the front and back of the latch on the moving portion of the window. There is no m ... (cont.)

We have this on a slider window. Cannot open window without this attached. The windows are about 5 years old.

Appears to be positive action AAMA sticker says imperial not sure if that's a manufacturer I tried to lookup thru AAMA website but can not generate any results

Need to find a replacement and can't find much for EPI, or anything that looks close to this.

Aloha ! I have some sliding windows that have plastic covers similar to your 90-253 units. mine, however appear to have pegs as opposed to the bar yours have in the photo.

Good afternoon, My house was built in 2008 with atrium windows. I have attached a picture of the lock that I have broken. The bare metal part should fit into the plastic one. The screw spacing for the smaller part is 1" and 2" for the larger part.
