90-252 Latch Mechanism

I received the 90-253 and 90-252 latch mechanism and it is the right size but the old unit I am replacing has 2 screw holes in the Cover of the Latch Mechanism to attach to the sliding window. Yours does not and I cannot figure out how to get the white cover off to attached the mechanism to the slid ... (cont.)

This handle/latch goes on a horizontal sliding window. No markings underneath. Any tips on finding a replacement would be very helpful. Thank you!

We had replacement vinyl windows installed in our duplex rental in 2008. Three of the locks are now missing the white plastic push button. The contractor(Coastline Remodeling, Santa Ana, CA) is no longer in business. We are in California. I don't know if they're Superior Windows, Atrium Windows or p ... (cont.)

Included are photos of the lock mechanism (still on window) and what looks to be the cap (which is missing) no allowing to make the mechanism to work.Can you tell by these pictures if the (white cap) is correct part needed?Thanks for your help.Tricia

Do you carry a Jeld-Wen replacement latch as shown in the picture?

I don't have the hardware that used to be on the window, but thought these items measured pretty close -- and the cover matches my memory of the part.
