90-252 Latch Mechanism

We had replacement vinyl windows installed in our duplex rental in 2008. Three of the locks are now missing the white plastic push button. The contractor(Coastline Remodeling, Santa Ana, CA) is no longer in business. We are in California. I don't know if they're Superior Windows, Atrium Windows or p ... (cont.)

Included are photos of the lock mechanism (still on window) and what looks to be the cap (which is missing) no allowing to make the mechanism to work.Can you tell by these pictures if the (white cap) is correct part needed?Thanks for your help.Tricia

The house was built in 2004 and is a rental. The tenant broke the window latch.

Do you carry a Jeld-Wen replacement latch as shown in the picture?

I don't have the hardware that used to be on the window, but thought these items measured pretty close -- and the cover matches my memory of the part. It's possible these parts will fit, but I don't think they are the right ones. There is a need for a third piece; the piece the latch connects to in ... (cont.)

Had some JeldWen windows installed about 18 months ago, cover on locking mechanism broke off and needs to be replaced

This lock is from a Superior brand sliding bathroom window. I've been told the company is no longer in business. Do you have this replacement part or something similar?
