Plastic on one of the hinges broke. Looking to select the correct hinge assembly for replacement. Purchased a set and it was not the correct one. Looking for help to not have to go through the return process again. thanks in advance

When you open the window the 11" arm slides on the track And is attached to the window, a 5" arm goes from the 11" arm to the track with a 2" arm that goes from the track to the back of the window, Track is 17" long, A 11" arm slides on the track, A 5" arm goes to the track, A 2" arm goes from ... We are working on rehabilitating the historic wood awning windows at a high school in Portland. Do you have an awning arm operator with a limiter to replace the existing operator arms and metal stop, which is blowing out the jamb (see attached photos - this occurs on both sides of the windows. I'm looking for replacement part on the right upper side of the window. The hinge as seen in the photo D3686669 the black piece that holds the sliding arm together snapped in the middle. I'm also including a picture of the right upper side hatch which is intact.. can you help

From inside the home this broken hinge is upper right. Need replacement part.

I believe it is called the vent arm or track assembly. It is not the crank or operator. It is the mechanism that the operator connects to that slides and pulls the sash back into the frame as it closes.
