Windows, probably original from 1984 won't stay up

I have about 10 windows that will not stay up. I believe I need to replace the block & tackle mechanism?????? Been watching your videos. Letters/numbers Unique 27-0-40 Any other information I would need to have when I order?

Good afternoon, The attached pictures are for 2 cottage style double hung units. I believe they are Weathershield circa 1984. The customer would like us to replace the jamb liners and balances. Hello, Looking for replacement channel balances and take out clips for my windows. They are about 30 years old, do not tilt, and weigh about 32 lbs each. Do you recommend a lubricant for the spring and rope? David

my channel is stamped 3606. I am looking at product code 350-37. Should I select one of the optional choices?
