I am looking for a replacement retraction mechanism for Andersen double hung windows. the number embossed on the retraction spring is C21 8#31 If the mechanism is not available can you, please, tell me what the replacement part number is, pricing, and availability.

Helping a neighbor replace their damaged balances. The part numbers visible are BD6 8#31 9-85 and 11600-3. Manufactured around 1982-86. Unsure which parts we need to purchase for repair.

the balancers in my windows look like Anderson window style but I could not find any numbers stamped in the metal. my windows have two height pains. the upper is 27 in. and the lower is 40 in. tall.
