thestrings come from a unit in the top of the case and attaches to the windows allowing them to move and be in place. My window marking on my Anderson is Cig 2 3 94.6

Finally got the boxes out, whew, and the numbers on them are: top right corner 11600-17 lower right corner hand stamped K9 827 12-87 Window has 2 panes, each pane is 21 15/16" tall and 28 7/16" wide Please tell me what sash balance numbers to order, thanks.

Hello, I would like to replace a window and the sashes have the number e14 8#31 881. What balancer would I use for that?

Can you help me figure out which part replaces the sash balance in the picture. Seems like the important number is 3568n where n is covered up. The window is an Anderson double hung 32x52 window.

there does not seem to be a part number stamped on these, the only number I see stamped is 83187 in very large print on there side, the unit measures 2 7/8ths by 6 1/4. The string is incredibly tight, really hard to pull it out to get any slack., Just one of the two strings is broken so ... (cont.)

I need a replacement sash balance for an Anderson double hung window. There are several numbers on the old mechanism. They are: 827, 11600A-3, 11600-17 and BK 24 6 90. These cartridges are from the same window. Both need replacement. One reads: 827 2 75 the other: 827 2 K75 93. Is replacement cartridge 37-837 correct?
