hello i'm trying to figure out which item this. i think it's either 23-225 or 23-199. can you please confirm if it's one of those or something else. i'd also like instructions on how to replace both of them

The plastic part holding the wheel in broke off. If I need to replace the whole piece, how do I get it off the door? It is not screwed on, just held in place by all the metal prongs. I can't figure out how to remove it to replace it.

The frame around the wheel has broke around piece 20121. Right now the wheel fits into the groove of the track but without that frame around the wheel which elevates it about 1/2 an inch, the top part of the door is hanging outwards. Please advise

Do either of these products have an option that the insert is made of metal versus plastic? It appears that the original hardware I have is the 23-199 and the plastic housing that holds the roller in place broke ... hoping a metal insert would be more durable. Thanks

I am not sure if these are your parts. There are no markings, but it is the closest that I could find on the internet.

Need to order a couple of these. There are no markings or numbers on the rollers or the doors themselves. It's a little more than 3 inches tall and the wheel is a little more than about 1 and 1/4 inches wide.
