Trying to identify model of operator in photo

This window is missing the part that connects from the window crank to the bottom of the window. I do not know where the part that was connected to the bottom of the window is. I need help finding that part.

Here is a picture of our current crank and what we purchased. The ball connector comes from the top on our current crank and on the bottom in Swisco crank. Will the Swisco crank still work? Thank you!

Hi, I have a client with these window crank mechanisms in their rental unit, but I couldn't find a brand name. I did find numbers printed on the bottom that said DP057509-00 then 04-03-06 which is probably the manufacturing date and then there is a 73816. There actual crank handle just sits in there ... Seeking for help to locate the replacement parts, handles (or operators) sets for both sides, left and right. From the window, I was able to locate a MFG label, attached, NAMI NFRC 100/200, SERIES: FDCSMT, MST: 2040. (I also attached an image with arms. Unfortunately, I cannot correct model of arm ... We need these replacement parts with handles for two left side windows and two right side windows. Where the handles insert into the windows, all sides are stripped. Please advise and give us ordering information. Chris
