This latch does not work so how do we repair it since it is internal? And IF we get that fixed we will need 1 hook as 1 is missing. Thank you for your help.

Hi I have casement windows without the lock keepers. The mechanical part of the lock looks like the picture. What keeper goes with?

the picture of the keeper shows 13/16" in height but I can't tell for sure where that is measure from. The one I need is .909 from bottom of bracket to bottom of top of keeper so I am trying to compare as that will be critical in the lock worrking correctly.
