How to remove a lock when it's broken WHILE locked?

Can you please tell me how I can get window open to replace lock as it is broken in locked position,lock just moves up and down without doing anything.Thanks for your time. Joe R

How do you remove this lock handle?

I am trying to remove the handle but I cannot seem to get to the inside of the window. I see 2 screws on the inside, but the handle is broken and is making this difficult. Please let me know of any assistance in removing this handle and getting the window to open.

What screw to use with this lock? The holes aren't threaded

I have a maxim multi-point lock, product code 38-095 that I just received from you. Its seems to be a perfect replacement for my broken lock. When I went to install it, I found that were no threads in the screw holes. What do I do now? Thank you.
