Hello, I have a casement window that the crank has broken. Brand is unknown but it has 2108 on the insided of the handle. I ordered your 39-205 based on some comments I read but it is too big for the torx stud. A 5/16 hex socket fits over it and an e12 torx socket fits loosely. Can you help? Tha ... (cont.)

Is there a T handle operator for this casement window? SIL-2 7500 SERIES CASEMENT You can see that I've already purchased a wrong one.

The black plastic part is broken I need to know what the replacement is. The last picture on the right is fine, the first one on the left is the broken one.

I'm looking for 2 left and 2 right with all parts to be replaced. On the bottom of the main 8" crank arm it has the number 3108 but no logo or anything else on window or assembly.

The mechanism seems to work correctly, but the arm will not stay attached to the window. Is there a ring or piece missing? Thank you for your help, Dan

Hi there. A customer has a couple of windows with broken cranks. I see some numbers/identification on the first picture that might be helpful. Do you recognize these? Her windows are cranked open and she can't close them.

I have found a marking OP052929 on the shaft. Under crank, on the dust cover, (image 0399) is marking op05-7554-03 22/03 08:08:53 Some O's may be zeros

I am trying to find replacement hardware for matching left and right casement windows. Please see images for measurements. The right casement hardware has a number stamped. Medal clip keeps slipping off control arm pin. We keep putting clip on and it keeps falling off every time open window. Do we need new part or is there another way to fix?
