looking for a replacemment andersen operator part # stamped on arm is 1361486L

Hi I am looking for the window operator similar to this one however the number written on the part is different. It has 1. 361. 404R 1. 361. 934 HCR and it is left hinge and handle is located on the left when looking from the inside. Thank you
