39-331 E-Z Straight Arm Operator, Andersen

The screws are 4.5 inches apart. The arm is 9". It has C-9400-1 stamped on it. The current one is stripped and doesnt close.

As noted in the photo, the plastic piece on the end of the casement window arm is broken. Checking to see what would be the best to use to replace it thank you

Hi, I bought 2 pieces of 39-99. I need the right and left to install. But one seems can't be left side. Do you have this operator by other side? Also I bought 39-331, but it is too long and too big. Or do you have any similar operator? I need the left arm. Thank you

Works out except just before closing. Numbers visable in photo. Removal looks hard, no need as in movie, but wood on top looks glued along length.

the opener is from an Anderson Window. From the rivot on the end of the arm to the center of where the arm meets the mounting bracket is 14". The base is 5 3/8" wide. I am trying to locate an ANDERSON WINDOWS window crank On the back of the operator, the number F-9970A-8 is stamped On the back of the arm, the number 9958-1 is stamped The arm measures 2 7/8" on center Any ideas what will work?

Hello Tech Support,Looking for this Anderson casement window operator. The arm length is ~ 13 1/4 inches from the crank pivot point to the pivot point on the slide shuttle on the window frame.Also looking for replacement patio door roller assembly shown too.Thanks Paul

Stamped on hardware is the # c-9400A-1 with 14 inch arm stamped on hing # 1361486L & 1361483 HCR also need the crank handle too thanks ?

Greetings. Our Anderson Window, Model Number:.PSC-WHWH-L-HP-22IN.needs a replacement crank assembly, as the old one is stripped. It has a 14 inch arm. Can you match the above assembly for us? Thanks! Jim

I am trying to order a replacement part for my window. It is stamped: 1361 405L 1361 935 HCR

The part number says c-9400-1 arm length is just over 8 inches. The window type is Anderson. Any direction you may have would be great. The number on the arm is 1521101 Brass plate underneath reads f-9400-8 with the letter B underneath

13 inch arm, number stamped on arm top row = 1 361 485r. Second row= 1 361 482 hcr I need a left and a right. I ground off the rivets and opened the mechanism. There is a stripped gear inside the gear housing. Window opens by swinging out and to the right Part numbers: 1 361 486 L found on swing arm 1 361483 HCR. found on swing arm F-9400-8A. found on gear housing

This, I assume, is the right hand side crank. I need two of these and two for the left hand side. Thank you for your help.
