Hello, I have 3 Anderson Window crank/Arms that need to be replaced. Two are right hand and the onther is left hand. The numbers on the arm are 1 361 485 R and 1 361 482 HCR. I'm looking with for an Anderson split arm crank with the numbers C-9400-1B on the front and F-9400-BA B on the back. The outer mounting screw holes are 4.5" and the bracket ends they go through are squared.

I need 2 crank window parts. The model # stamped on it is C-9400-1A. It is 9" from the screw at the end of to circular center hole. Do you have them by another model #.? They are about 15-20 years old and probably Anderson. Thank you.

I have a window crank with id numbers: c-9400-1b on the top of the unit 1 361 405L on the 14 inch arm And on the bottom: f-9400-8A 1 361 404 R on the 14 inch arm See photo attached. I need one replacement. What part number do I order from you?

I have a Anderson casement window missing stops I found a stop for a at swisco that looks and measures almost to an exact replacement except the top of old stop lays flat on glass and the top of new stop has a little return to it.my question is did Anderson make a change o this stop or has time flat ... My casement windows, 2 of them, need the inner teeth part replaced as they are stripped. I tried moving different handles from other windows but they just don't work. Is there an easy fix for this?
