Bay window lock replacement

Do you have the bay window lock shown in the photo? The lock is more than 29 years old. The window uses a handle that turns and pushes the window out.

I was looking for some assistance in finding replacement parts for my bay window casement windows. I'm not sure exactly what I am looking for.
