38-098 RH EntryGard Sash Lock

Hi there! Broke the handle part of the locking mechanism and am looking for a replacement. Would love any advice you can give! I popped the back off and there aren't really any markings except for a small "L" imprinted. Thanks, Eric

It will crank out but will not crank back in

Trying to figure out whether this website has white foldable replacement handle, cover and lock for the Caradco handle and lock with the following numbers. I'm a little confused on which lock to order. I found former discussion on the truth 40226 which is the one I need, but unsure of the left or right hand. Your numbers for replacement are 38-097 and 38-098. If I am inside the hinge is on the left and the lock is on the right when looking at the win ... (cont.)
