Looking for the rollers for Pella sash's for casements circa 1978. The rollers roll along the top of the al. sill, and under the bottom rail of the sash. The operators work fine. Its just the rollers we are looking for. Thanks Mark

I have a double casement pella window that is 23 years old. They will not open. I took them apart and see the operators are broken and the hinge sliders are bent. In replacing the operator it looks like I need to remove a trim piece of wood to access the mounting screws, is this correct? Thank you ... (cont.)
