Only name I can find is on closer which says "Parker"

I have a commercial door with a hinge that RESEMBLES Swisco's 79-121. My pivot post has a 1/2" diameter. However, I think Swisco's is only 3/8". I actually need the piece above the bottom pivot. I just need something that can absorb the 1/2-inch post.
