The stamp says 38-5 and some say 38-4 ga2 CMC 9

need a new window balancer, photos attached.

I am having trouble finding a guide that marches. Do you know which one or is there another that will work? W- 5/8 , D- 716 L-1 1/4 hole 7/8 from top, top w 1" to 1 1/16 Thank you

Hi, Im trying to order new channel balances and on it is says number 3840 (the brand of the window is All Season). I cant find it in your selection. Its not a tilt window - it slides off when you slide it above the clip and push it to the side. The width is 1/2' and I need two new clips as well - ... (cont.)

I believe this is a Series 351 but I do not recognize the stamp. Can you determine if this is correct or if it is a custom balance?

My channel balance is stamped with "3820"the length of the channel balance (excluding plastic end pcs) is 37-1/2"Would it be possible to use a replacement of 37" or 38" length (S390-39 or S390-38)?Jim

Hi, I need 4 block and tackle balancer, there is no code or numbers on metal, I attached below pictures of the end guide as well as sash guide,, The length from metal to metal is 39" and the sash weigh is 50 lb.The sash size is 42"
