1/4 × 1/4 x? C channel shaped,  seals window to sill. The felt around the windows look good. Vinyl replacement windows,  about 20 years old. I don't know the make,  installer was previously a Sears Authorized installer.

I purchased 58-183 but the strip I need to replace has different sized edges on the t-rail, I hope you can see in the close up photo. Seal on bottom edge of lower Superseal vinyl double hung tilt . Sun has destroyed all the seals where the bottom sash rests on the window sill. I measure bulb at 3/8 wide. And side profile 3/8 using instructions from the video. But so dry rotted hard to tell
