bottom weather stripping

Looking for a slide in weather strips for the bottom of my windows. Any thoughts on my project

This weather stripping is from a Andover double hung window. It measures 5/8 and the tee part is 1/4 inch and 1/8 thick. The tee snaps into the bottom side of the window.

Can you recommend a replacement stripping for my vinyl windows based on these photos? Looks like a tee slot with foam filled tube. Thank you.

I am getting water intrusion during driving rains which appear to be around the weatherstripping. the "T" dimension is approximately 17/64th" across the top of the "T". The bulb is heavily compressed but appears to be approximately 20/64" in diameter
