S385-19 19" Series 385 Channel Balance

I just ordered 12 balances but in trying to put the windows back together I am finding that several of the sash guides are broken. I see the 5/8 one on the site but I think these are very slightly smaller than the 5/8 and I ordered 1/2 inch balances originally. I'd like to order 12 sash guides but ... (cont.)

I have 3 different sized windows all needing new balances whiar in some way are different. 1 by one the springs are snapping. 1st one is a 25" long metal piece 1/2 inch wide 2430F BSI stamped on the balance. I'm trying to find replacement sash balances for two different window sizes. I believe I found the one I need (S385), but I have no idea what the sash weight should be. I need both 19" and 29" channel lengths. Thanks, PB.

Hello, I need to order a replacement channel balance for a bathroom window (non-tilt). Marking on the one I'm replacing is 18-3 FG5 CMC 54, it's 19" long. Can you specify a replacement part I can order. Thanks, Sne

The markings I can read (barely) are 18 4 HI and 1918 4 JI. Thanks for you help.

I need to buy new channel balances for a window, but both of the old ones are gone. I looked at the balances on the other windows in the house and they are Series 385. I think I have found a close match but I am sure it is not exact. I have a non tilt single hung Milguard window, the window pane and inside frame when removed measures 28" wide by 20 3/4" tall.
