The broken insert for sliding bracket does not require screws. Notice that the bracket end which for the insert is slanted. Need to find insert replacement part.

The cabinets are Mallard bought in 2007. The company is no longer in business.I have tried the Mallard Cabinets in Phoenix AZ but no luck.
