Need to replace broken catch guides with instructions

I mistakenly ordered 26-015 thinking that it is for upper sash security that the upper sash could be locked independently from the lower sash of a tilting double hung window. Please advise as what would be the correct item to order. Thanks.

I don't know if this is a tilt latch or another name, but I have several windows that have these broken pieces. The windows were from a company called Napco and about 20 years old.
