The small metal piece on end broke on opposidie of window. Swisco window. Sash Post. Double Hung Prime wood window. Compression jam liners. Is there a way to get another one of these parts?

I need the Sash pivot bar. See pictures if you have one to replace . The arm that sticks out needs to be 1 inch. I just ordered some other parts from you. Thanks

One of the sash pivot bars broke and the window is unable to hold itself up. I have searched all the numbers on the sticker but unable to locate a replacement. One of the strings is also broken. Do you have a replacement for the attached Vetter pivot bar from 2006 ? Also wondering if you have the shoe ? Do you have a video on how to replace the shoe with the string attached to it ? Thank you very much for helping. Dave

Hello. I have around 15 windows that I'm trying to retrofit. Double hung, wooden sashes. Currently, the windows have 60" or 5 feet plastic & ribbed window jambs. The sashes are 32 1/4 × 31 3/4. The lock shoes are your pn 15-014. Cam pivots 17-093. The sashes are hung on springs with s hooks on top. ... (cont.)

I have the spring with compound pulley design on 5 windows. 9 of 10 pivot brackets were snapped off, as seen in the attachment. The design of this pivot seems extremely weak, especially given how much spring tension I have on the balancers. Is there a chance these balancers were installed with to ... (cont.)

Please help us find this part is made of aluminum. we would need it for both sides of the window. a left and a right.
