Hi Paul...I live in Hawaii..have about 24 awning windows installed 2001...from lack of use and salt conditions..the cranks do not open and I have broken many of your slide connectors...39-536.....by relaxing broken clips 39-536 can I make it work...what spay lubricant would you use to loosen and ... The pic attached is of a a clip that goes on the arms that extend out in crank out window. It attaches and slides along bottom of window as it's being opened. The clip in the pic is broken into two pieces but I'm sure you're familiar with it's function and how it looks attached together. Thanks ... (cont.)

broken plastic part that guides flat metal pieces when using crank

Looking for the 3-piece assembly that connects the awning window to the extender arms. I have 33 of these windows of various sizes - the clip assemblies are all identical, 2 per window. Windows are about 8 years old.

Plastic pivot kit for MW casement window. The number on the part # 31878. I would like a dozen if possible.

Looking for the parts to complete this door. Previous home-owners either removed or never installed them. Need the pieces that attach from the 2 arms to the track on the door.
