Hello Swisco. Not sure how to describe these small parts (1.5"). These are bottom parts that broke. When cranking to open you can see the arm is disjointed/separated, thus the window cannot be opened and closed. Small bathroom window that cranks open an approx 13"x14" window. Items have numbers on them 31878 and 31879. They are a clip assembly that connects the opening hinge assembly to the base of the opening section of the window. The window is a Millgard Awning style vinyl window purchased in 2007 or 2008.

Have 2 bathroom crank out windows that will open with no problem but when closing they will stop with a couple inches left before completely closed and the crank will just turn as if stripped. Not sure what part may be needed to fix. I have enclosed a photo of what the arms look like but not sure ... (cont.)

The operator is grey metal and has a marking that looks like with a triangle overtop of a line on it. The operator spline piece is on the left side. There is a number on it, but it is extreamly hard to read, the best I can tell it sais ?198?420 best guess maybe a 4 and 7 respectively for the ?. The ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement hardware as shown in photo.. this plastic part fits into each end of the crank mechanism within the loops.

I need the clip shown on IMG 4500 and the slider shown on IMG 4498. I think this part will replace a broken slider on my vinyl awning window. Measurements match the broken part. However, I need to know how wide the track is. My part is 1/2 wide which slides in a track. I assume there is a clip that goes on the knob the goes in the hole on the crank arm. I hope ... (cont.)
