I have a Patriot 5500 series door (71 1/2 x 79 1/2)and want to replace the rollers. I was trying to find disassembly instructions as the door will not lift up high enough to get past the lip to remove it. I think i need to remove the stationary section first but I am not sure. Can you provide me with the recommended replacement part for these sliding glass door rollers? I believe the brand of sliding door is Guardian. I cannot find any identifying marks on the rollers.

Originally installed when I bought the house in 2012Having a hard time finding these wheels.

I ordered your part 81-018, fits perfect, but wheels can't retract far enough to allow us to place the window back into the track. The part we removed has a adjusting screw on the side closest to the frame that allows for wheel adjustment through an aperture in frame once the window is in place. ... (cont.)

So I had my ex wife order replacement rollers for her sliding door wall, we received them, upon inspection I noticed that the leveling screw is on the side, I need them to have leveling screw on the back side so I can install roller assembly in door, put door back into housing on the track then leve ...
