I need a replacement for this dual fin bottom sweep weather stripping. The fins measure 1 1/8 inches from each other. See photo attached. I have three doors needed this replacement. Can you help?

I'm looking for a replacement for the door seal shown in the attached pics. The existing seal measures 1.5" wide and recesses into the bottom of the door approximately .5". This is a 20 year old metal outside door. The bottom door sweep is missing and the outside weather strip does not come down to the threshold. The threshold is NOT adjustable. I have double steel access doors that overlap in the center. The bottom plastic sealer got chewed up from use and is now exposed to the elements and would like to replace iy befor the weather time cold!

Bottom door sweep needs replacing. Current is original with an install date of 1999. Need in both 32 and 36 width. The door is two inches thick and the pieces that fit into the door are approximately 1 3/8 inches apart.

Do you have a door sweep that replaces the attached part in the photo’s. It is 3/4” by 1 1/4” and the width is 35 1/2”. The only markings I can find on the door is on the glass and it says Guardian. The door is on a condo that was built in 1980.
