Need to replace weather bottom on steel door

I tried to get the seal out of the frame but was unable to do so. It is stuck(22yrs). I don't think the 58-189 part will work in my situation because the center to center distance on the frame is slightly less than 3/4inch on my frame. I have two exterior steel doors both have a "w" logo on their hinge. The bottom of both are hollow for a depth of 1/2 inch. I'm looking for a replacement for the door seal shown in the attached pics. The existing seal measures 1.5" wide and recesses into the bottom of the door approximately .5".
