Help, please! Our small kitchen window no longer opens or tilts out with the sash. Both metal pins at bottom of the window were broken with some of the extension parts falling into the bottom channel of the window. Assume these are used to attach to the spiral sashes?

Need a sash pivot bar for a Croft aluminum tilt out window fits in the bottom of the window and inserts into the shoe. Which on of your products would be correct replacement for this part?

Pivot shoe pictured = 5/8" x 2" x 1 1/4" Pivot bar pictured = approx 4" x 1" Will Pivot bar code 26-056 and Pivot shoe code 15-047 be replacements. This is the part mounted to the bottom of the tilt in window. The ends were cut off by the previous owner, now they will not go into window slide.

the part found in the images holds part # 26-056 found on your website, which is 2 3/4 pivot bar, trocal. there is no other way to secure the pivot bar into this window without the part found in my pictures.

I already purchased 15-047 Pivot Shoe which seams to be a little loose where the pivot bar goes in. The old Pivot Shoe rectanglar slot measures 11/32" W x 7/32" H with a little center drop lip inside. On your Web site Pivot Shoe 15-187 & 15-047 have the same outside Dim. will 15-187 fit better? ... Does the 26-210 pivot bar holder go with the 26-040 3"inch pivot bar? I have 3" pivot bars, what holder is used with it?

I have an Owens Corning window about 25 years old. Non of your pivot shoes show the correct notch I have. The pivot bolt #26-056 tip profile only (not the whole bar) shown here is what I have.
