Hello,I'm looking to replace my 16 tilt latches, but having trouble identifying them. Some have screws, but I most don't, so I think it's fine to use the type that clip in, but can't find the right size.Following up, here's one from another window that doesn't have screws. These were broken on several windows when I bought my house, and no local hardware store seems to have this exact part. Underneath, I can see "60" and "13L" stamped on the latches.

I need a round back window tilt latch in beige? do you have them?

Left and right balancers for window. Markings on spring was a 4 and one was a 5. We also need 4 tilt clips. There where no numbers on clips to hold window in the frame. Both broke within a day. How do we pay for parts?

I ordered a part based on my measurements but it doesn't fit. The picture is of the old part and the part new part which I WILL be returning.

The triangular locking piece shattered while accidentally lifting the window too fast. This locking mechanism is more narrow than most on your website and the locking triangular piece is thin. Is there another way of removing this broken latch?. It seems very stuck. I watched the YouTube video us ... (cont.)

hoping to get some parts for a vinyl sash. The track guide is broken and the pin is missing. The "U" shaped pin measures approx. 3" long x 5/16" wide x 3/16" tall. The bottom of the sash where the pin screws to isn't in great shape either! Thanks for any help Chuck
