May you please help me find the best replacement for this Milgard window crank and housing? The window will crank open, but the crank just spins when I try to crank it closed.

Hello, I am looking to replace a number of casement and awning window operators. I will need 6 left, 9 right casement operators and 11 awning operators. These came off of Hurd windows.

This is an aluminum window that is discontinued from 2018. The handle turns but it appears to be stripped. Will not open or close.
