Can you please let me know what part I need to buy to replace this awning window operator? The internal gears are stripped and I cannot close the window completely. Thank you.

Hurd brand on the crank and 14DN99P imprinted on the interior part. Dimensions are 4 7/8 inch on the short bar and 5 inches on the crank measurement

Casement vent window is 19"x13". Rivet for scissor crank broke. No markings on unit to identify brand, model, or part #. I need your help identifying what the replacement part would be for the entire crank unit.

Hi, I'm looking for the small metal retaining pin that goes into the window handle/latch, shown in the photo. It's the little pin that secures the handle mechanism in place. I need a replacement pin for this window latch. Could you let me know if you sell this part separately?

It looks like Roto Dual 39 341 and 39 342 will fit my windows. There is also a 7 inch hinge on top and bottom of windows. Can you give the part numbers for these hinges? Thank you Rich

I need to find a new opener mechanism, is this photo enough to go on for the part? I also need new glide pieces for the end of the awning arms. As well as the retaining clips.

This is a silverline crank window and there is a rivit that is broken and the handle that is broken I can seem to find the correct part. I have photos of the warranty stick to show the series and woundering if you an help source the parts.
