39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover

I'm needing help identifying the window cranks in the images I'm looking specifically for the window crank mechanism operator. The teeth have been worn down so the crank doesn't pull the window completely closed.

Weather shield handle. Two arms. 4 screw hole on either side. The long arm is about 10", the jointed, most distal arm is 4 7/8". It says 093099 11:27 on the back.

I am needing to get 2 of the black peices at the end of the 2 arms that connect to the awning portion of the window. Once they are on the arm portion they slide in the channel on the window.

This is a Milgard awning window. The pivots where the slides engage the window are 15" center to center when closed. The arms form an X when open and have a pivot rivet in the center, where one arm is rusted and broken.

I need to replace this arm operator (single, right hand).
