39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover

Milgard casement window operator stamped with the following numbers 31876 41011

This is a mechanism that opens on the left. I can't locate any model number other than the date manufactured. The main gear arm is quite wobbly and causes the window to jerk to the left when opening from fully closed position.

Arm size is 4 1/2 x 3 1/8 5 inches wide at mounting point

Under window (black part) which the hinge is connected to.

I am looking for exact cover to match this encore dual arm operator, sill mount 39-253LB.Thank you!

There's no number on the arm itself, just on the bottom of the crank. And it has the plastic slider on the tip that I can't seem to find a match for.

Truth operator. Cannot locate serial number. With arms fully extended measures 15-1/2" Base plate measures 4-15/16" Crank base plate measures 5-3/16" Thanks!

I need to get a new cover and crank handle for the sill mount in the picture (I also have a mount of the opposite handedness). The crank arm or gearing are worn out on this one - it wont full open/close the window. I swapped crank arms from a similar window, no lukc.
