Trying to find this casement operator, it seems similar to 39-484 but the measurement for the arm is 10-1/2" not 8-3/4"

I need help identifying the correct part number to replace this whole controller and scissor arms including the clips on the end as one is broken

Hi, there are no markings on the hardware. The windows are from Western Windows, bought in 2020, I beieve series 7675, thiought the last two numbers may be different.
